Charlotte Wine & Food Sine Qua Non Dinner

Charlotte Wine & Food (CWF) hosted an auction fulfillment dinner featuring the cult wines of Sine Qua Non at the residence of Bruce & Leslie Schlernitzauer on Thursday, November 7. Guests enjoyed a four-course meal donated and curated by CWF Chairman Emeritus, and Proprietor of Porcupine Provisions, Leslie Schlernitzauer and her husband Bruce paired with 2012 Sine Qua Non In the Abstract, 2014 Sine Qua Non Lightmotif, 2006 Sine Qua Non Grenache Ravens Series, 2012 Sine Qua Non Grenache Stein, 2014 Sine Qua Non Grenache Shakti, 2006 Sine Qua Non Syrah Ravens Series, 2012 Sine Qua Non Syrah Stock, 2014 Sine Qua Non Syrah Piranha Waterdance donated by Jeff & Rita Krasnow. Guests were also treated to a special surprise, a magnum of 2005 Sine Qua Non The Naked Truth, provided by Palmer Steel.
