Private Charity Wine Tasting

Charlotte Wine + Food Board Member, David Secrest, and his wife Natalie along with Board Member Pam Smith, and her husband Chuck sponsored an invite-only charity wine tasting featuring the wines of DAOU Vineyards with special guest, Caitlyn Hadley, Division Manager, Mid-Atlantic at DAOU Vineyards & Winery. The evening included a reception with a cheese board from Babe & Butcher and a tasting of six wines including 2019 DAOU Sauvignon Blanc, 2017 DAOU Reserve Chardonnay, 2018 DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 The Boydguard by DOAU, 2017 Soul of a Lion Estate Cabernet, and 2016 Soul of a Lion Estate Cabernet.

All proceeds benefited GenOne, Mitchell’s Fund, The Learning Collaborative, and The Relatives.
