Vintner Dinner with Porcupine Provisions

Charlotte Wine + Food week presented by Truist held a vintner dinner generously hosted at the private residence of Bruce and Leslie Schlernitzauer, proprietors of Porcupine Provisions, who also curated and cooked the evening’s four-course menu. The dinner featured wines from Crescere. The event was held outdoors on an expansive covered patio.

The special guests of the evening included Davis Anderson, Sales & Marketing Director of Crescere and Executive Chef and Proprietor Bruce Schlernitzauer of Procupine Provisions

Featured wines included the 2020 Crescere Ritchie Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, 2019 Crescere Platt Vineyard Chardonnay, 2018 Crescere Platt Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2019 Crescere Proprietary Red Blend, 2019 Crescere Cabernet Sauvignon.

All proceeds benefited A Child’s Place, Augustine Literacy Project, GenOne, and The Learning Collaborative.
