Vintner Dinner with Belmont’s Specialty Foods

In partnership with Charlotte Wine & Food Weekend, Dr. Stephen & Suzy Hannon and Dr. Daniel & Laurie Ness hosted an invite-only charity vintner dinner featuring Fred Dame, MS and Global Brand Ambassador and Caitlyn Hadley, Regional Sales Manager with DAOU Vineyards. The event included a reception and a five-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Luke Manlove with Belmont's Specialty Foods held at the Reflection Pointe Clubhouse.

Wines featured were 2018 DAOU Vineyards Paso Robles Chardonnay, 2017 DAOU Vineyards Reserve Chardonnay, 2017 DAOU Vineyards Paso Robles Cabernet, 2016 DAOU Vineyards Reserve Cabernet, 2016 DAOU Vineyards Estate Cabernet Franc, 2016 DAOU Vineyards Estate Soul of a Lion, 2017 The Pessimist by DAOU Vineyards.

A live auction held at the end of dinner raised $11,600 for CWFW charity beneficiaries and a surprise lot included a cellar dinner with Fred Dame in San Francisco!
