Thanks to Birdie and Janine Yang and Baku Restaurant for hosting an unforgettable cellar dinner experience last week - a remarkable Charlotte Wine + Food auction lot sold at our 2020 Wells Fargo Kickoff! Guests enjoyed a 9-course modern Japanese Kaiseki dinner using the best ingredients from around the world. The Yangs picked 10 of their favorite rare and hard-to-find selections from their cellar from Champagne to the best of Burgundy and Bordeaux - a truly unforgettable evening of fundraising and fellowship for all who attended.
Proceeds benefited GenOne, Mitchell’s Fund, The Learning Collaborative, and The Relatives.
