4th Annual Bank of America Fall Favorites
November 15, 2019
Charlotte Wine & Food (CWF) raised over $40,000 at the 4th Annual Bank of America Fall Favorites dinner at the Bank of America Corporate Center on Friday, November 15. 75 guests enjoyed a five-course wine pairing dinner featuring the premier wines of VGS Chateau Potelle including the inaugural vintage of the Auction Napa Valley record-setting wine, The 2016 Fourmeaux Red. Fourmeaux 2016 Red Blend was crafted by Kale Anderson, the youngest American winemaker ever awarded a perfect 100 points by wine critic Robert Parker. The winery’s owner, Jean-Noel Fourmeaux, was the star guest of the evening as he told the story of his journey from Bordeaux to Napa and his path to creating world-class wines. The dinner menu was curated by Charlotte’s renowned chef and Bank of America Executive Dining Room Chef, Tom Condron (formerly of Lumiere). The evening ended with a live auction featuring exceptional wine lots and experiences.
Charlotte Wine & Food would also like to extend special thanks to the evening’s supporting Corporate Sponsors - Bank of America, EY, Foreign Cars Charlotte, KPMG, and last but not least VGS Chateau Potelle for their partnership. Together the evening raised over $40,000 to support CWF’s charity beneficiaries.
